General questions
  1. Who are you? What does describe you as a person in the best way?
  2. Why did you decide to apply for this position? Why should you be chosen for this position?
  3. What are your main strengths and weaknesses? How will your strengths help you? How can you make weaknesses strong?
  4. For what are you ready to stand to the end and it will be worth any of your efforts?
  5. Why are you proud of being an AIESECer?
  6. What AIESEC value is the most important for you?
  7. What is the most difficult task you had to solve during your AIESEC experience? How did you solve it?
Leadership questions
  1. List qualities that leader should have to work with team, and evaluate each of it from 1 to 5, how it is developed in you?
  2. What do you want to give and get during your TL term?
  3. What problems do you think you may face during your term of office? How could you prevent them? Do risk management
  4. What does the perfect team in AIESEC mean to you? What should you do as a leader to achieve this result? What do you expect from your people, what would they do to achieve this result? How can you work on this, name at least 3 initiatives that you can implement
Functional questions

For all:

  1. How do interns and aiesecers live through AIESEC vision of "Peace&fulfillment of HUMANITY'S potential" through Russian volunteer projects? Why keep doing projects?
  2. Which 4 profiles come to AIESEC and describe: -Their need and motivation; Through what channel can we contact them? (Social networks, mero, university); their behavior; challenges they may face in AIESEC; How can a leader work with them
  3. Through what do we develop people? What does the result mean for the development of people?
  4. Why fill out a performance tool? Why do I need to log in and update it every day?
  5. What do you need to work for so that people apply for the following positions in the organization?
  6. What is the value and role of TM, oRV, iRV and MKT in leadership development?
  7. Which functional do you want to run the most? (Mkt, oRV, iRV, TM) Why? What are your main ideas in this area? List all departments according to priorities from 1 to 4
